The only problem associated with the flexibility of HPi's training software is that clients are spoilt for choice! Many clients come to HPi to request a straight-forward package on a particular topic but on seeing the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of the HPi pacakge find themselves asking for quotes for training on all sorts of issues.
For HPi CBT started with a client's request for a training package on the topic of LOLER - Lifting Operations and Equipment Regulations. HPi can offer an array of packages covering regulations written by engineers with long experience of the topic. (See Authors). Most popular, however, are "induction training" packages. These packages need to be highly customised with frequent updating as sites and working/safety practices change. The flexibility of HPi's software is particularly well suited for this type of application.
